Incremental Transfer Demo

Proof of concept implementation of an incremental transfer system using HarfBuzz subsetting (hb-subset) combined with a well-known patch algorithm. State is entirely transient; refresh to reset. We do lots of woefully inefficient things; demonstrating speed is NOT the point.

Note that for CJK the display of Google Fonts subsets is wrong as it does not yet take into account our new method of segmentation based on character usage.

Apparently we had reached a great height in the atmosphere, for the sky was a dead black, and the stars had ceased to twinkle. By the same illusion which lifts the horizon of the sea to the level of the spectator on a hillside, the sable cloud beneath was dished out, and the car seemed to float in the middle of an immense dark sphere, whose upper half was strewn with silver.
